Get Access Key Card and Get to your room

1. Get access key card from the box near main gate (usually locating on left hand-side of the main gate). We usually provide you 4-digits secret code either by Email, WhatsApp or Phone.

2. There are two type of  keycards to access to the house Blue chip and a White Key card

   1. A blue chip - you will be using this chip to access the main gate and main house door (The doors usually be closed at night around 10:00 pm-7:00 am to ensure for our guests security)

   2. A white card - you can use this card to access your room (by tapping the machine at the door). Review the map provided or ask for assistance to locate your room. The white keycard is also use to activate the lights and air-condition in the room.

* If you do self-check in at night, please contact our front desk staff in the next morning to officially check in with us. The front desk will open from 7:00 am-10:00 pm, and

• Ensure you have your booking confirmation email or reservation details handy. 

• Have your valid ID or passport ready for verification
